The project is ready for transfer and revenue recognition in Q2/2567, marking a new venture with the launch of two new campus condos: Kave Luminous Bangmod near King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, which recently opened for pre-sale and achieved over 70% booking in just three days, and Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom near Central Nakhon Pathom shopping center, valued at 2.36 billion baht, set to open for sales on June 8-9. The company is confident in the positive response, catering to the housing needs of students, homebuyers, and investors seeking good rental returns.

In this quarter, the company is building on its ongoing success by launching two new condominium projects under the Kave brand, totaling 2.36 billion baht: Kave Luminous Bangmod, a low-rise building with 3 buildings and units ranging from 24-35 sq.m., totaling 516 units starting at 1.89 million baht, and Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom, which consists of 579 units located in a prime area near Central Nakhon Pathom and Silpakorn University, starting at 1.79 million baht.

The Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom project is another pride of the company, blending unique Thai architecture with modern trends to meet the housing needs of Silpakorn University students and those seeking convenience near shopping centers and hospitals. The Nakhon Pathom province has a high average household income, ranking fourth in Thailand at 38,700 baht/month/family, indicating a considerable purchasing power, making this project distinct from other Kave projects.

Both projects are expected to be significant highlights in sales for Q2/2567, as they cater to the housing demand of students and working professionals in the Sathorn and Rama 3 areas, with travel times to the city only taking 20-30 minutes.
